WHAT IS THE SINCIL BANK COMMUNITY HUB?
The Sincil Bank Community Hub is located at 30 Portland Street and is home to the Neighbourhood Team who have been based there since December 2018. The hub acts as a focal point for the local community and you can pop in to find out all about the regeneration, activities and events taking place in the area as well as many other things.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD TEAM
Paul Carrick is the Neighbourhood Manager and his role is to oversee improvements in the area, this is done by working closely with the local community and key agencies to ensure that services delivered meet the area needs.
Rachel Taylor is the Community Connector and her role is to work with the community and key partners to identify assets, priorities, opportunities and responsibilities and to plan what they want to achieve and take appropriate action.
Carly Young is the Project Assistant and she is the first point of contact when you visit the Community Hub and works closely with the general public and organisations in the area. Her other roles include administration tasks and supporting residents wherever she can.
WHAT SERVICES DO THE HUB OFFER?

Benefits advice surgery takes place every Monday between 9am and 11am.
A P3 Housing surgery takes place every second Wednesday of the month between 10am and 12pm.
A Bulgarian drop in takes place every Friday between 9am and 11am and offers a Bulgarian translator.
Report various issues in the area including anti-social behaviour, litter, flytipping and council housing repairs.
A public access computer which is free and can be used to look and apply for jobs, access the COLC website and more.

WHEN CAN I VISIT THE HUB?
The Sincil Bank Community Hub is open Monday – Friday between 8am and 4pm due to staffing.
